Common Questions: Imprimir Tarjeta
Primero, tienes que averiguar que has entrado al sistema. Si ya has pagado por tu certificado, un enlace para imprimir tu certificado debe ser visible en la pagina inicial. Si no ves la opción, entonces hubo un problema con el pago. Averigua que has recibido un email con una factura de ProCPR. Si no lo has recibido y el enlace no se aparece en la pagina inicial, tu pago no ha sido procesado correctamente. Puedes intentar pagar otra vez o llamar nuestro numero telefónico de suporte durante nuestras horas de trabajo para intentar pagar por teléfono.
Si quieres recibir una copia adicional de tu tarjeta por correo, Haz Clic Aquí,escribe tu dirección de correo electrónico, y nosotros te enviáramos una copia de tu tarjeta a tu dirección de email.
Si quieres recibir por correo una copia en papel de tu tarjeta,Haz Clic Aquí, elige la tarjeta para la billetera o el certificado para la pared que corresponde a tu curso. Debes recibirlo por el correo en entre 5-7 días hábiles.

First, make sure you are logged in. If you have already paid for your certificate and passed the exam, a Print link should be visible on the home page. If you do not see this option, then your training is not yet complete. You may call our support number during our work hours for assistance.

If you would like a hard copy of your card mailed to you, Click Here, select the wallet card or wall mount certificate for your course, and you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 business days.
